Mrs. Claire Deronzier holds a Degree in Communications and she is an Accredited Chartered Director. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of government communications and public administration particularly in the field of strategic advice. As an Assistant Deputy Minister for the Quebec government, she notably led the development of public policies and the implementation of the Quebec- France Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Professional Qualifications. She coordinated the development activities and the land-use planning of the Montreal metropolitan region. She also led the modernization of the immigration services in Quebec and abroad in the increased competitive context of international mobility. Mrs. Deronzier has been the Quebec General Delegate in Tokyo since August 2013.

Mr. Tomoyuki Ezaki

Mr.Ezaki has 30 years’ diverse experience in IBM. He recently spent a year leading new business development in Smarter Cities – Transportation and Mobility. He worked for eight years as Business Development Executive dedicated to the automotive industry during which he was also named as a global automotive SME for V2X (Connected Vehicle) to drive the expanding V2X cloud-based solutions business worldwide.

He spent two years on an international assignment at the CIO office, Corporate Headquarters in New York and a year as a member of corporate staff in Business Strategy. During his first 16 years at the IBM Yamato Laboratory,
he widely experienced and specialized in product lifecycle management/engineering solutions projects with a focus
on the manufacturing industry.

He currently leads growth initiative execution with a cross-functional solution team, demonstrating thought leadership and experience globally to help challenge new public and private partnerships and establish business/financial models in smarter cities.
